4. Products, descriptions & pricing

We sell genuine, OEM and quality aftermarket automotive parts and accessories. We strive to ensure that descriptions, images and prices are accurate, but specifications and packaging may differ from the item supplied by the manufacturer, and errors may occasionally occur.

• Pricing: All prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you if a price change affects a pending order.
• Availability: Product availability may change at any time without notice.

5. Product fitment & compatibility

Choosing the right part for your vehicle is important. While we provide tools to help you find the right part — such as VIN search and Year/Make/Model filters — fitment data is provided as a guide only.

• Verify before you buy: It is your responsibility to confirm a part matches your exact vehicle, using the VIN, engine code or original part number, before placing an order.
• Incorrect details: We are not liable for parts ordered that do not fit due to incorrect vehicle information supplied by the buyer.

6. Orders & order acceptance

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or hand over the goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason — including inventory shortages, pricing errors or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

7. Payment

We currently accept payment via M-Pesa only. Payment must be received and verified in full before your order is processed and dispatched. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the M-Pesa account used for the transaction.

8. Delivery & in-store pickup

We offer delivery and in-store collection. Delivery times and charges are estimates given at checkout and may vary due to courier, location or stock factors. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect items on receipt and report any visible damage promptly.

9. Returns, refunds & warranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Kenya. If a part does not fit or is defective, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

• Condition: Parts must be uninstalled, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Electrical & special-order parts: These may be non-returnable once fitted or unsealed.
• Warranty: Manufacturer warranty claims are handled according to the relevant brand's warranty terms. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.

10. Fitting & limitation of liability

Iwea Car Parts strongly recommends that all parts be fitted by a certified automotive professional, in line with the manufacturer's instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure of any products purchased from us. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.

11. Intellectual property & brands

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software — is the property of Iwea Car Parts or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not extract or use any part of the content without our express written consent. Third-party brand names and logos (such as Bosch, Brembo and Mann-Filter) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible products.
