The NGK 22401-AA570 (PFR5B-11) is a premium Laser Platinum spark plug designed as original equipment for Subaru. It features a platinum-tipped center electrode and a platinum inlay on the ground electrode, providing superior resistance to wear and the high thermal loads of Boxer engines. This dual-platinum design ensures a stable spark gap over a long service life, resulting in consistent fuel combustion, smoother idling, and improved throttle response.
